Refund Policy
When and how we refund.
This policy sits alongside our Returns & Cancellations page and your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Standard-spec pods
Cancel within 14 days of ordering for a full refund if manufacture has not started. After that, a charge may apply for materials already committed.
Made-to-order / bespoke pods
Non-standard sizes, colours or specifications cannot be cancelled once manufacture has begun, except where faulty.
Faulty goods
Report faults on delivery or within 48 hours. We will repair, replace or refund. Where a refund is due it is paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
Deposits
Deposits are refundable while an order can still be cancelled under this policy; they are non-refundable once a bespoke build has started.
