Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £200 to eligible mainland United Kingdom postcodes. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm using the supplier's own fleet. An able-bodied person must be available to help unload and you should check the component list for missing or damaged items before signing the paperwork.

Postcode exclusions

Some areas cannot currently be served, including all or parts of TR, TQ6-9, EX19-23 and EX38-39, LD, SA, KW, HS, ZE, KA27-28, selected IV and PA districts, and PH32-44. Contact us with your postcode before ordering if you are in Cornwall, Devon, Wales, the Highlands or an island.

Assembly

Installation is not included. Products are designed for competent DIY assembly and arrive with instructions and the required fixings. If you do not wish to self-build, arrange a competent local carpenter or installer and ensure a suitable level base is ready before delivery.

Base & groundworks

You are responsible for preparing a level, load-bearing base suitable for the selected building before delivery.

Payment

Checkout uses server-verified product and variant pricing. Card, PayPal, Link and eligible digital wallets are enabled. Klarna may be offered for eligible UK orders from £250 to £5,000; interest may apply. See payment options.
