Our current range runs from £2,379 for a compact pod up to about £14,618 for the largest configuration. Every displayed price includes VAT and eligible UK-mainland delivery. The base, groundworks, electrical connection and assembly are not included. See the full cost breakdown.
We source direct, sell supply-only as standard and do not carry a national showroom network. The base, groundworks, electrical connection and assembly are the customer's responsibility, so compare our price with other supply-only offers on the same basis.

The pod itself - insulated shell, glazing, door, internal lining and selected finish options - plus free delivery to eligible mainland postcodes. It does not include the base, groundworks, assembly or the electrical connection from your house.
In most cases no - a garden office is usually permitted development if it is single storey, no more than 2.5m high within 2m of a boundary, sited behind the house, not used as separate living accommodation, and covers no more than 50% of the garden. Listed buildings, conservation areas and flats have extra rules. Read the planning guide.
The smaller work pods, office pods and most apple cabins sit under 2.5m and are designed to work within permitted development close to a boundary. For the taller capsule and expandable models, check the confirmed height against your boundary distance before ordering - we help with this.
A garden office under 15m² with no sleeping accommodation usually needs no building regs. Between 15-30m² it can still be exempt if it is 1m+ from a boundary or built from non-combustible materials. The electrical work always needs to be certified to Part P.
The pods are supplied for use incidental to the main house. Sleeping accommodation, a letting unit or a business with visitors usually needs building regs and possibly planning permission - talk to us first.
The work pods, office pods, apple cabins, capsule houses and expandable rooms are all fully insulated in the walls, floor and roof with double glazing, so they are genuinely usable through a British winter with a small heater. The transparent bubble pod is a seasonal garden room, not an insulated office.
A work pod / booth is a compact one-to-four person acoustic room that installs in a day. An apple cabin / capsule is a curved, design-led pod with panoramic glazing. An expandable pod ships at 20ft and folds out on site to a much wider garden room.
Smaller pods arrive pre-assembled or flat-packed and are fixed together on site; apple cabins and expandable units are craned into place and unfolded. Most are weathertight in a day, with electrics connected separately by a Part P electrician. See the build process.
A level concrete slab, paving, or a ground-screw / plinth system that matches the pod footprint and is within roughly 10-15mm of level. You are responsible for arranging the correct base before delivery; selected products offer an optional foundation kit.
Yes. The dimensions shown are indicative - every pod is made to order, and the final internal size, glazing layout and finish colour are confirmed with you before your build slot is booked.
Typically 6-16 weeks depending on the model and season - work pods are quickest, large capsule and expandable units take longest. We keep you updated at each stage.
We deliver free to the UK mainland. The Scottish Highlands, islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge, which we confirm before you pay.
No. These products are supplied for competent DIY assembly with instructions and required fixings. If you do not wish to self-build, arrange a competent local installer.
The delivery is assisted unloading. An able-bodied person must be present to help unload and you need suitable access and storage for all components. Tell us before ordering if access is restricted.
Each pod carries the manufacturer's structural warranty plus anti-corrosion / anti-rot cover appropriate to its construction. The exact terms are listed on the product page and in your order paperwork.
Check every component against the supplied list while the driver is present and note any shortage or damage on the delivery paperwork. Contact us promptly so the issue can be resolved under your UK consumer rights.
You can cancel a standard-spec order within 14 days for a full refund if manufacture has not started. Made-to-order and bespoke builds cannot be cancelled once manufacture has begun, except where faulty. See Returns & Cancellations.
Keep gutters and drainage clear, ventilate in winter to manage condensation, and re-treat or repaint timber/painted finishes as advised in your care guide. Metal-clad capsule and apple-cabin pods are largely maintenance-free.
