Cancelling before build

You can cancel any order for a standard-specification pod within 14 days of placing it for a full refund, provided manufacture has not started. Once your pod enters the build queue, a cancellation charge may apply to cover materials already cut or ordered - we'll always tell you where your order stands.

Bespoke and made-to-order items

Pods built to a non-standard size, colour or specification are made to order and cannot be cancelled once manufacture has begun, except where faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods

Inspect your pod on delivery/installation and note any issue on the paperwork or tell us within 48 hours. We will repair, replace or refund faulty goods in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to cancel or claim

Email or call 0333 015 0140 with your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the cancellation or receiving returned goods.
